Returns & Refunds
To Initiate Return:
Within 30 days from the receipt of your shipment, please email us at teamthorex@gmail.com. Then, pack up and return your "like new" Thorex Massager(s) in original packaging.
Please note that exchanges and returns must be in their original packaging and in "like new" or re-sellable condition. We also cannot accept a return or issue a refund if your item arrives back to us damaged or if your package is lost when you ship it back to us.
International & Continental US/Canada customers will be responsible for return shipping costs
Refunds:
Refunds will be provided in the same way that the initial payment was made (e.g. Visa payments will be refunded directly to your Visa).
