If you experience any pain or discomfort while using this product, you MUST immediately stop using the product and seek medical advice. Seek immediate medical attention if you experience severe pain or discomfort including, but not limited to, chest pain, shortness of breath, numbness/tingling, paresthesia, nausea, or vomiting.

Do not use the Thorex if you have an acute injury or surgery to your spine prior to consulting with your medical provider. Only proceed with the Thorex if you have been cleared by your orthopedic or neurologic surgeon.

LIMITED WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY

Thorex liability is limited to repair or replacement of its products which are returned to in in the original wrapping by way of either US postal service or Federal Express within the specified period of time. Unless covered by a special warranty which may be purchased separately, this limited warranty applies for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
